Description

Bristle Blaster® Dustcollector cap can be attached to the new generation of MontiPower tools. It helps to keep the environment clean and people protected and is also suited for contaminated coating systems with lead and/or chromium6 (hexavalent chromium).

The dust cap can be attached to cordless vacuum systems or more powerful cyclone vacuum systems.

We have applied this dust cap on a project to prepare field joints. It are heat pipes for district heating. We are using two double bristle blasters on both sides of the pipe and use it in combination with a powerful dust extractor.
This procedure allows us to avoid the spill of coating and iron fragments into the environment.

Overpriced 3D print. This is simply gouging. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that the dust cap is 3d printed. Montipower uses a high grade plastic to print it (Nylon). The quality and strenght of the dust cap thereby goes beyond the strenght of a cap produced bt injection molding. Chosing this particular material, also drives up production costs.

If you are not satisfied with the dust cap, you can return it to us and we will refund it.
